Before returning to Winnipeg after the First World War, Harry Colebourn remained in England for a short period of time taking a post-graduate course at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in London. He was accorded the title of Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (M.R.C.V.S.)
